Course Overview
In today’s hyper-connected and high-performance corporate environment, technical expertise alone is no longer enough. Leaders and managers are expected to communicate with clarity, influence stakeholders across functions, manage difficult conversations with emotional intelligence, and represent their organizations with executive presence. Hybrid workplaces, shorter attention spans, board-level scrutiny, and client-facing responsibilities have significantly raised the bar for communication. Professionals who cannot articulate ideas persuasively or present with confidence risk missed opportunities, weakened credibility, and slower career progression.
This workshop offers a practical, theatre-informed and corporate-focused solution to elevate communication and presentation skills to an executive level. Led by Alekh Sangal, the program blends advanced communication frameworks, persuasive storytelling, body language mastery, and high-impact presentation techniques. Participants will gain structured tools, real-time feedback, and hands-on practice to communicate with conviction, influence decisions ethically, manage conflicts effectively, and command presence in any room — with or without slides.
