Course Overview
The Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH) Act places a legal responsibility on organizations to create safe working environments free from harassment and discrimination. However, workplace sensitization requires more than policy documents — employees must understand workplace boundaries, respectful behavior, reporting mechanisms, and organizational responsibilities.
This interactive awareness program is designed to help employees understand the principles of workplace dignity, acceptable conduct, complaint procedures, confidentiality, and prevention measures in both physical and virtual workplaces. The session also addresses modern workplace challenges such as online harassment, work-from-home boundaries, privacy violations, and respectful workplace communication.
