It will enhance their business finance & FPA skills so that they can go beyond routine accounting and create value for the business. At present time, Finance is expected to support the business along with performing the tradition finance duties. Finance people should know, how to use the accounting and related data for supporting the business in driving the operational efficiency and improve performance.

This workshop will provide the participants, unique methods and skills, which they can easily apply to improve profits and business performance. It will tell them, how to find out the levers and opportunities for business growth and profitability using financial & accounting information.

Since Finance team has access to huge data in their accounting system, it can always use it intelligently and provide meaningful insights to the management for making informed business decisions and add value to the business.
