In the context of preparation and presentation of Balance Sheet , and Statement of Profit and Loss as per the new Schedule VI to the Companies Act , 1956 for the accounting period commencing on or after 1.4.2011 , classification of various elements of financial statements and developing related disclosures have become  critical corporate reporting issues.

• Dr. T.P. Ghosh is a prolific writer, an extremely renowned faculty with International Exposure and published work in the area of accounting and finance
• He is currently professor of accounting and finance at Institute of Management Technology , Dubai.
• His notable and popular publications include
