AI & Digital Productivity
AI upskilling for every function — not just your tech team
Hands-on AI workshops built for how each team actually works: HR, finance, sales, legal, admin and operations. From first prompts to building agents — with Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini in the room, and a journey that takes your organisation from literacy to leadership.
Every L&D plan now has an AI line item — the hard question is what to actually run. Generic “intro to AI” sessions don’t change how anyone works on Monday. What works is role-specific, hands-on training: your HR team automating their own processes, your finance team building analysis workflows, your sales team drafting and researching with AI in their own pipeline.
That is how Princeton Academy’s AI catalogue is built — function-first workshops, kept current with the tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, agent platforms), and arranged as a journey your whole organisation can climb.

Why Princeton Academy
Current tools, real work, measured adoption
- Function-first, not tool-tours — each workshop is built around one team’s actual documents, data and workflows.
- Kept current — curricula updated as the tools move: Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and agent platforms as they are today, not last year.
- Hands-on by design — participants leave with working prompts, templates and automations for their own role, not notes.
- A journey, not a one-off — literacy → role mastery → builders → leadership, so each workshop compounds.
- Safe-use built in — data handling, confidentiality and review discipline are part of every session.
- In-company or open enrolment — at your office across India, or public batches in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore and Chennai, with published pricing.

Questions
Frequently asked
Our teams use different tools — Microsoft, Google, ChatGPT. Which do you teach?
All of them. Workshops run on the stack your company actually uses — Copilot inside Microsoft 365, Gemini inside Workspace, or ChatGPT/Claude alongside either. Tool choice is agreed during scoping so participants practise where they’ll work.
Do participants need any technical background?
No. The literacy and role-specific tracks are built for everyday professionals — if someone can use Excel and email, they’re ready. The builder track (agents, automation) suits power users and needs no coding for the no-code pathway.
What about data confidentiality during training?
Safe-use practice is part of every session: what may and may not be shared with AI tools, enterprise vs consumer accounts, and review discipline for AI output. Exercises use sanitised sample data unless your IT team approves otherwise.
Can you run a company-wide rollout, not just one workshop?
Yes — that’s the AI journey: a literacy wave across the organisation, role-specific deep dives per function, and builder/leadership programmes for the people who’ll carry adoption. We’ll design the sequence with your L&D team and phase it over a quarter or a year.
