Predictive, agile and hybrid ways of working are tested across all three domains rather than sitting in one of them. The heaviest weighting is on Process, which is where planning, procurement, finance, quality, schedule and closure live.

CAPM® tests understanding rather than judgement built from years of practice, so the tasks ask you to explain, distinguish and identify. Note that more than a quarter of the exam is business analysis, which catches most self-study candidates out.

What is a PMI Authorized Training Partner (ATP)?
An ATP is an organisation officially authorised by PMI to deliver training using PMI’s own courseware, taught by PMI-vetted instructors. It means your 35 (PMP®) or 23 (CAPM®) contact hours are recognised, and you’re learning the official, current material — not an unofficial copy.
Should I take PMP® or CAPM®?
What is in the PMP® and CAPM® syllabus?
Both exams are written from a PMI Exam Content Outline. PMP® has three performance domains, People at 33%, Process at 41% and Business Environment at 26%, holding 26 tasks in all. CAPM® has four domains, fundamentals at 36%, predictive methodologies at 17%, agile frameworks at 20% and business analysis at 27%, holding 19 tasks. We publish both outlines in full, task by task: PMP® syllabus and CAPM® syllabus.
When is the next PMP® or CAPM® batch?
Both certifications run on the same calendar, with weekday fast-track cohorts and weekend cohorts every month. The October and November 2026 dates are listed above under batch dates. If none of them work for you, tell us and we will either fit you into the following month or run a private cohort for your team.
Do you offer online and classroom training?
Both — live, instructor-led. Online for zero commute, or our Mumbai classroom (Holiday Inn, Andheri East). Same curriculum, faculty standard and guarantee either way.
