Finance rules don’t sit still — GST notifications land through the year, the budget rewrites salary structures, and the old-vs-new regime question reaches every payroll. Generic finance courses go stale in months; your team needs training that carries this quarter’s law, taught by people who file, structure and audit for a living.

Princeton Academy runs finance and tax workshops on that clock — refreshed with each budget and major notification — alongside evergreen capability programmes in modeling, budgeting and cost management for finance teams and business managers alike.

Why Princeton Academy

Current law, practitioner faculty, working formats

  • Refreshed on the regulatory clock — GST and tax programmes updated after each budget and major notification, not on a content calendar.
  • Practitioner-led — faculty who advise, file and audit; sessions built on live cases and this year’s numbers.
  • Team formats — one-day working sessions your accounts team can absorb between deadlines; laptops-open where the skill demands it.
  • Both sides of the desk — payroll and salary-structure programmes serve HR and finance together, so the structure survives both reviews.
  • Transparent pricing — published fees on open programmes; clear per-batch quotes in-company.
  • Since 1997 — in-company across India, or open batches in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore and Chennai.

Questions

Frequently asked

How current is the GST programme?

It is revised on a rolling basis — each running batch reflects the notifications and council decisions in force at the time. If a major change lands between your booking and the session, the material is updated before delivery; that is the point of the programme.

Can the salary-structure workshop use our own CTC templates?

Yes — for in-company delivery we work on your actual (anonymised) salary structures, so the team leaves with your components reviewed rather than a generic example.

Do you run finance programmes for non-finance managers?

Yes — a Finance for Non-Finance Managers programme for operational leaders (P&L basics, reading statements, budgets and cost drivers) runs in-company; ask us for the outline. Financial Modeling and Budgeting & Forecasting also work well for analytically-inclined business managers.

What batch sizes and formats work for accounts teams?

Most programmes run as one full day for 15–25 participants. GST and payroll sessions can also run as two half-days to fit around filing deadlines — a format finance teams often prefer.
