Leadership, Sales & People Skills

Build managers people want to work for — and teams that deliver

From first-time managers to senior leaders handling Gen Z teams and difficult conversations, plus a dedicated sales-effectiveness track — practical, experiential workshops that change what happens on Monday, not just how the away-day felt.

Most organisations don’t have a leadership problem — they have a transition problem. Star performers become first-time managers without tools. Managers inherit Gen Z teams that respond to a different style. Senior leaders avoid the difficult conversations that would fix performance. And sales teams keep selling the way they always have.

Princeton Academy’s people-skills practice targets those transitions with named journeys — and starts, when you want it to, with a diagnostic: our Training Needs Analysis workshop maps what your teams actually need before you spend on a programme.

Why Princeton Academy

Diagnostic-first, experiential, accountable

  • Diagnose before you train — the TNA workshop turns “we need leadership training” into a specific, measurable programme.
  • Experiential delivery — role-plays, simulations and real-work practice, not lecture decks.
  • Cohort journeys — multi-session programmes with assignments between sessions, so behaviour actually changes.
  • Specific, not generic — Gen Z leadership, difficult conversations, first-90-days management: the transitions your HRBPs actually name.
  • Sales included — one partner for the people side and the revenue side, with AI-assisted selling nobody else teaches hands-on.
  • Since 1997 — in-company across India, or open batches in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore and Chennai, with published pricing.

Questions

Frequently asked

What cohort sizes work best?

Experiential workshops run best at 15–25 participants per batch — large enough for group work, small enough that everyone practises. For bigger populations we run parallel or sequential batches with a consistent design.

One-day workshop or a longer journey — which should we pick?

Single days work for a specific skill (difficult conversations, presentations). For transitions — first-time managers, high-potential development — cohort journeys of 2–4 sessions with between-session assignments produce visibly better retention. The TNA diagnostic tells you which you need.

How do you measure whether it worked?

Every programme can ship with a measurement plan: pre/post self- and manager-assessments, application assignments reviewed in later sessions, and a 90-day check-in. The TNA & ROI workshop covers exactly this discipline — we practise what it teaches.

Can content be customised to our industry?

Yes — cases, role-plays and examples are re-written for your sector and seniority mix during scoping. Sales programmes are always built on your actual products, buyers and objections.

Next step

Diagnose before you train

Start with a conversation about your teams and transitions — or start with the TNA workshop and let the data design your programme. Either way, you’ll get a specific plan with transparent pricing.
