A practical in-person masterclass for exporters and importers, aligned with UCP 600, ISBP 821 and current international banking practices.

The Programme

Programme Overview

Introduction

Course Overview

Trade finance plays a critical role in cross-border commerce by balancing the exporter’s need for guaranteed payment and the importer’s need for delivery verification before payment. It helps protect sellers from buyer default and commercial or political risks, while protecting buyers from paying for non-compliant or undelivered goods.

This masterclass helps participants understand Letters of Credit, international trade finance instruments, documentation requirements, payment-risk reduction, LC structures, document presentation, discrepancies, collections, financing and working-capital solutions. The programme is designed as a practical guide for exporters and importers who want to structure payment terms and manage trade transactions more confidently.
