Working with colleagues, clients and teams from different cultural backgrounds requires more than language proficiency. Differences in communication styles, formality, hierarchy, decision-making, feedback and workplace expectations can create misunderstandings and affect collaboration.

This programme helps participants understand how culture influences communication, expectations and behaviour. Participants learn to adapt their language and tone, listen actively, interpret verbal and non-verbal cues carefully, build trust across locations and time zones, manage misunderstandings and apply cross-cultural communication skills in client calls, presentations and negotiations.
