The Seminar Overview
We examine each characteristic in turn. We look at examples of great practice in real life, the theory relating to each, and where we can, deduce a set of rules to apply in each area.
In addition, much of the seminar is workshop orientated. Over the very intensive day, delegates will work with each other in a variety of exercises, projects and role-plays, all carefully designed to enhance the learning experience.
After the seminar, all delegates receive a ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã‹Å“ManagersÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã¢â€žÂ¢ Toolbox in soft copy. This toolbox consists of further reading material, spreadsheets and presentation printouts that will allow delegates to reflect on their very busy day.
