HR, Labour Law & Workplace Compliance
Every statutory training your company needs — planned as one annual calendar
The new Labour Codes are in force and state rules are being notified through 2026. Princeton Academy turns the scramble into a plan: Labour Codes and state-wise rules, EPF & payroll compliance, POSH, DPDP and workplace safety — delivered in-company, by practitioner faculty, across India.
Compliance training is no longer a once-a-year formality. The four Labour Codes took effect in November 2025, state governments are notifying their own rules through 2026, EPFO keeps tightening filings, and POSH and DPDP obligations carry personal liability for leadership. HR teams are expected to keep the whole organisation current — while running HR.
This is where Princeton Academy has worked since 1997: practitioner-led statutory training that is updated the week the law changes, delivered at your office or in open-enrolment batches in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore and Chennai.

Questions
Frequently asked
Can these programmes run at our office?
Yes — every programme on this page is available in-company, anywhere in India, tailored to your industry and establishment types. Most compliance workshops run as one full day for up to 25–30 participants per batch.
Do you cover the Labour Code rules for our state?
We maintain state-wise editions as rules are notified — Maharashtra, Karnataka and Delhi are running now, and new states are added as their rules are published. If your state isn’t listed yet, ask: the core Codes programme covers the central framework and we flag state deltas as they land.
What does an annual compliance calendar engagement look like?
We start with a short mapping call: your establishments, headcount, states and existing obligations (POSH awareness, safety trainings, Codes readiness, payroll team refreshers). You get a year-plan with dates, batches and per-programme fees — one sign-off, and the year is handled.
Do participants receive certificates?
Yes — participants receive certificates of completion for every programme, and POSH sessions are documented in the format your Internal Committee needs for compliance records.
