Course Objective

  1. Self-Awareness and Personal Growth: Participants will engage in in-depth personality and behaviour analysis to gain a deeper understanding of their own leadership style, strengths, and areas for growth. Through self-reflection activities and coaching, they will identify personal roadblocks and develop strategies to overcome them.
  2. Emotional Intelligence and Stress Management: The program emphasizes the importance of emotional intelligence (EQ) in leadership. Participants will learn how to manage their emotions, build strong interpersonal relationships, and navigate the emotional complexities of leadership roles. Stress management techniques will also be a key focus, helping leaders maintain resilience and composure under pressure.
  3. Decision-Making and Strategic Thinking: Participants will be equipped confident decisions in high-pressure situations. The bootcamp will also challenge participants to think strategically, broaden their perspectives, and develop a long-term vision.
  4. Innovation and Risk-Taking: The program will encourage participants to step out of their comfort zones, embrace innovation, and take calculated risks. Through creative thinking workshops and problem-solving exercises, participants will learn to navigate uncertainty and drive organizational growth.
  5. Interpersonal Relationships and Communication: Effective leadership relies on strong communication and relationship-building skills. The bootcamp will address common interpersonal challenges faced by senior leaders, providing strategies for managing conflicts, building trust, and fostering collaboration.

Group Dynamics and Leadership in Action: The program will incorporate group dynamics exercises and simulated leadership scenarios to provide participants with hands-on experience in leading teams through complex situations. Peer feedback sessions will further enhance learning by offering diverse perspectives and insights.

The bootcamp is designed to be an immersive and transformative experience, combining theoretical learning with practical application. Key components of the training include:

  • Group Relations (GR): A foundational element of the bootcamp, Group Relations exercises will create a space for participants to explore new ways of thinking and exercise their leadership and authority in a supportive environment. This approach fosters autonomy and encourages divergent thinking.
  • Peer Feedback and Coaching: Participants will receive regular feedback from their peers and personal coaches, helping them identify blind spots and areas for improvement. This continuous feedback loop ensures that learning is personalized and relevant.
  • Self-Reflection and Introspection: The bootcamp will include structured activities for self-reflection and introspection, enabling participants to internalize their learning and make meaningful changes to their leadership approach.

By the end of the 10-day Leadership Bootcamp, participants will have:
